Charles Dyga, Co-Founder
Charles is one of the founding partners of Idea Fountain, with his 30 plus years of industry experience he is a true asset to the company. Charles is one you can depend on to bring reality to an event. Keeping an eye on the bottom line, he ensures his clients get the best possible experience with out breaking the bank. Born in New York and raised in Florida, Charles moved to Texas the first chance he could and has called Texas home for over 30 years. Charles has had the pleasure of managing high profile events with professional golfers all over the Metroplex. If you cannot find him helping out with an event you can bet he is somewhere on the back nine shooting for par. As a company we could not do this without his expertise.
Kevin Glass, Interactions Specialist
Kevin has never met a stranger. Hailing from Fort Worth, Idea Fountain’s Interaction Specialist thrives on meeting new clients and getting to know them personally so that we can best satisfy their visions for their event. He is able to do all of this with a contagious, positive attitude, even when being the only man in an office of women before they have had their coffee! After graduating from Dallas Baptist University, he married his high school sweetheart! Kevin is truly committed to nurturing relationships, and he is the definition of a “people person.” He can be identified by his slightly country accent and his enthusiasm for making clients and customers feel right at home when working with us. When he is not being one of the faces for Idea Fountain, Kevin cooks up some mean barbecue and is quite the handyman when he has the time. When you choose to work with us, know that Kevin will be right there to make sure you know that you are valued.
Tashia Mahan, Operations Maven
Tashia came to Dallas via Mississippi and has called Dallas home since 1989. She joined the team as a shy Blackjack dealer and quickly came out of her shell, proving she was funny, eager and willing to learn everything she could about the company. She has worked for Idea Fountain for nearly three years, and is now our Operations Maven. Her work with the company does not only allow her to spend time with her team, it gives her an exciting and unique excuse to get out and see the town. In her downtime, Tashia likes to keep it pretty low key and either read fantasy novels or watch Doctor Who on Netflix. She also loves to spend time with her Pit Bull Beagle mix, Katherina Minola, and her cats Midnight and Indy. If you need to have a smile put on your face, give Tashia a call.
Ashli Graham, Program Coordinator
Ashli is Idea Fountain’s Program Coordinator or resident “Program Proposal Poet” as we call her most of the time. She is a whiz at a computer and if she is not sure how something works, you know she will be doing research to figure it out. In her 2 plus years working with the company, she enjoys the opportunity to be creative on multiple levels. She enjoys brainstorming sales, program ideas, writing proposals, and delivering on-the-spot solutions at events. She is an avid traveler, and has been all over the United States as well as Canada, Mexico, and Jamaica. In her spare time, she likes to do yoga, hike, geocache, hang out with family & friends, and, of course, be super lazy and veg with her fur-kids whenever possible. Ashli is a go-to problem solving fixer and we could not do this with out her.
Colby Whistler, Factotum
Colby our Factotum (jack-of-all-trades) joined Idea Fountain over 2 years ago and quickly became an crucial part of the team. You can find him at almost every event either dealing cards or facilitating a team building event with a smile on his face. “No” or “This can not happen” are words, he does NOT possess in his vocabulary. Colby is the first one to jump in and help figure out a way to make it happen. The entertainment factor is one major appeal to him for working with us, but at the end of the day, he appreciates the ability to work so closely with friends and family. Born and raised in Dallas, he has explored every inch of the city and can give you directions anywhere. He loves to play poker and not just deal the game. Colby is also a committed sports fan who loves to cheer for the Dallas Cowboys, but cheers the loudest when he is at one of niece or nephew’s baseball games.
