That’s a Wrap 2015

Wow! Where did 2015 go? We had such a busy year, we blinked and it was over.

2015 had so many great memories that cannot be forgotten! We took our goals and crushed them this year, I could not be more proud of my team.

January, challenged us with building carnival games, sent us on a hunt around downtown Dallas and had us putting on wolf ears to help celebrate the employees of the Great Wolf Lodge.

February enabled us to help a client donate over 50 red wagon, bears and blankets to the Children’s Medical Center. Nothing is more rewarding as a company, than to help others give back to the community.

March brought out the gamblers. Our casino tables went out every weekend, despite the ice and snow.

They say April showers bring May flowers. Not sure about the flowers in May but April sent us all over the metroplex in a unique style. eFrogs were the go to form of transportation for us around the city. We helped the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity raise over $40, 000.00 in support of ALS and we helped a client time warp back to the 80’s.

We are calling May our educational month, from fundraisers for RECESS to glittery dresses and tuxedos for proms, schools were our top priority this month.

June is typically a slower month of the year, but with Texas not hitting 100 degrees until July we hosted our first (now annual) company picnic. The time off was short lived since we introduced our new bar games. We could not keep them in the warehouse.

July was hot so we had to celebrate with National Lemonade Day, National Sugar Cookie Day and National Lollipop Day with some of our favorite clients! It was a month of celebration.

The Boys and Girls Club of Arlington was our focus for August. Partnering with the American Airlines Training and Conference Center along with Price Waterhouse Cooper, we facilitated our team building program, Leave a Legacy, which helped PWC donate several desks, book shelves, chairs and over 200 books to the Arlington Boys and Girls Club.

September was time for an upgrade, we move to our new offices in Dallas where we have room to stretch our legs a bit. It did not take us long to add our personal touches with paint and furniture. Our very own Emily admitted that she had never painted a wall before; I think she is an expert now.

October was a fun month for new ideas; AFR Event Furnishings helped us introduce one of our new team building programs-Shark Tank. While other clients helped satisfy our sweet tooth with a new Coco-Construction team building

We learned in November that Aspen in the 80’s can happen right here in Dallas. All you need is an 18-wheeler full of packing peanuts and about 500 college students. We were able to take a couple days off to give thanks for a wonderful year before the month of December hit us.

December is one for the books…30 different event venues, over 4000 gamblers at their holiday parties, 4 different visits with Santa and 1 with Mrs. Claus (she is the real one who runs things up North) and 65 INCREDIBLE staff who made it all possible.

2015 really was an AMAZING year! Looking forward to 2016!
