In this culinary team building activity, the group will be divided into smaller culinary teams. Each team will be challenged with creating the best tasting sushi roll from scratch. All teams will have the same basic items at their station and it is up to them to decide how they will build their culinary masterpiece. By completing special task they can earn additional ingredients from the market to add flair to their roll.

Teams will each have their own working station that will include all the necessary tools and ingredients provided by the venue. They will work against the clock, and each other, to create the best and most creative display of sushi rolls that they will then market to our panel of expert judges.
