In this chocolatey task, teams are given the basic infrastructure to construct their own cocoa condo.

Teams must elect an architect, marketing manager, contractor and sales lead.  Based on a sweet ice breaker, the team will naturally fall into these designated roles.

Each team must brainstorm their community niche, design and create a show home for their community, as well as create a marketing presentation to their consumers and peers.
